– For your cats’ own welfare, we only accept cats that are at least 6 months old and no older than 10 years.

   – All boarding cats are required to be spayed or neutered.

   – All cats booked for boarding must have been vaccinated and health checked within the last 12 months with written proof from your vet.

   – All cats should be in good health condition when coming for boarding with no sign of coughing, sneezing, tearing and skin infections, etc. We reserve the right to refuse check-in for cats with signs of sickness.

 -It’s highly recommended to get your cat/s insured during their stay. We offer 8 weeks FREE insurance for all our boarding cats. Your vet and the cats’ insurance details are required at arrival/booking.

   -If your cat shows signs of illness or injury during their stay, we’ll contact you and/or emergency contact first. If neither can be reached, we reserve the right to make decisions in the best interest of the cat and seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense.

  -We’ll take every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your cat/s. Photos/videos and brief of your cat/s will be sent to you on a daily basis. 24 hours plugin Feliway is onsite to help easing any cats’ anxiety and you are welcome to provide comforting toys/blanket for your cat/s.

   – We provide Royal Canin dry and wet food for our boarding cats. If your cat/s require a special diet, please provide an adequate supply and daily feeding instructions for the duration of their stay.  

  – We provide individual litter boxes and premium tofu litter for each boarding cat. If your cat/s require special litter, please provide adequate supply during their stay.

   -We provide basic cat boarding and daily care services, focussing on a comfortable, safe and low-stress stay for your cat/s, no medical diagnosis/treatment or grooming services provided.

  -Any medical requirements must be discussed and agreed upon before booking. Failure to disclose medication requirements in advance may result in refusal of check-in. The owner agrees that medication may be refused or discontinued if the cat shows excessive stress, fear or aggressive behavior for cats’ welfare and safety concerns.

   -It’s the owner’s obligation to disclose any known medical conditions, allergies, or behavior issues.  We are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions that may worsen during the stay and the owners are responsible for any major damage/injuries caused by their cat to our property, equipment and staff.  

   – Payment is due in full at the time of booking.    

  – Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours or 7 days in advance for the period 15/12-15/01 to get full refund.  No refund will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours, 50% refund is given for cancellations made between 25-71 hours or 1-6 days for the period 15/12-15/01.

 – Drop off and pickup time is during our business hours. An extra fee will occur for requests beyond our business hours.

 -If neither the owner nor emergency contact could be reached 7 days after the agreed pick up date, we reserve the right to rehome or send the cat to a shelter for adoption.
